Hechas en cada Municipio las listas de los individuos de que habla el artículo anterior, se sorteará de entre ellos el número proporcional para completar entre todos los sorteados la tercera parte del pie de fuerza fijado, los cuales forzosamente están obligados a prestar el servicio de banderas, por el tiempo que les corresponde, sin que puedan redimirse de él, sino por medio del reemplazo correspondiente.
