Los sujetos que de manera anticipada a lo dispuesto en el calendario de que trata el Artículo 1.5.1.3.3.1 de la presente resolución, opten por implementar el documento equivalente electrónico, podrán hacerlo; siempre y cuando ya se encuentre disponible la funcionalidad dentro del sistema de facturación. En cualquier caso, deberán cumplir con las disposiciones que señala este capítulo.
