º A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, el Instituto Nacional de Fomento Municipal, creado por Decretos 289 y 2604 de 1950 y 225 de 1951, continuará funcionando como entidad de servicio publico descentralizado, con personería jurídica, capital propio y domiciliado en Bogota, con una junta Directiva y una Dirección General en la capital de la Republica.
