ARTICULO 4.4.0.4.- VIGENCIA. El presente Estatuto rige a partir del primero de mayo de 1993, con excepción de los artículos, 4.3.1.1 al 4.3.1.22, los cuales entrarán a regir tres meses después de la fecha de publicación de las normas que adopten la nueva planta de personal para la Superintendencia de Valores, y en todo caso no después del primero de abril de 1994.
