Disposición de residuos líquidos provenientes de terceros. El generador de vertimientos que disponga sus aguas residuales a través de personas naturales o jurídicas que recolecten, transporten y/o dispongan vertimientos provenientes de terceros, deberán verificar que estos últimos cuenten con los permisos ambientales correspondientes.

Artículo 2.2.3.3.5.19. Disposición de residuos líquidos provenientes de terceros. El generador de vertimientos que disponga sus aguas residuales a través de personas naturales o jurídicas que recolecten, transporten y/o dispongan vertimientos provenientes de terceros, deberán verificar que estos últimos cuenten con los permisos ambientales correspondientes.
