Cada inversión sólo dará derecho a una entrega de certificados, previos los trámites de que trata el Capítulo IV de este Decreto. En el evento de que el inversionista original transfiera el dominio del inmueble antes de estar listo para el servicio, podrá ceder a favor del comprador el derecho a percibir los certificados de desarrollo turístico, comprometiéndose el beneficiario al cumplimiento de las obligaciones contraídas por el inversionista original.
