Art. 1°. Desde la sancion de la presente ley gozará la señora Carlota Obando de Estévez de una pension alimenticia de treinta pesos mensuales, miéntras permanezca soltera, y otra de cinco pesos mensuales cada uno de los niños José María, Juan Francisco, Josefa y Adela Mútis, miéntras lleguen á mayor edad los primeros, y permanezcan solteras las mujeres.
