La Superintendencia Bancaria impondrá a las sociedades administradoras que no trasladen efectivamente los recursos equivalentes al defecto de que trata el artículo 16 del presente Decreto multas en favor del Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional hasta por un monto igual al diez por ciento (10%) mensual del valor del defecto. Igualmente y sin perjuicio de lo anterior, la sociedad administradora podrá ser objeto de toma de posesión por el incumplimiento de dicha obligación.
