LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.6.1.1.2.16Cuenta maestra de pagos de las EPS y EOC. Los pagos que realicen las EPS o las EOC con cargo a los recursos que reconoce el Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud para financiar el Régimen Contributivo, deberán reportarse al Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social. Para el efecto tendrán cuentas maestras de pagos que generen la información en la estructura de datos que defina el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social o la entidad que haga sus veces. Estas transacciones deberán realizarse por transferencia electrónica.
