El Gobierno Nacional podrá destinar el crédito que adquiera a cargo de la Cooperativa Agrícola e Industrial de San Andrés, al fomento económico de las Islas de San Andrés y Providencia, pudiendo celebrar con entidades oficiales o semioficiales las operaciones y contratos necesarios para lograr tal finalidad.
