°. Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial los numerales 3.29, 3.30, 3.31 y 3.32 del artículo 3° y los artículos 8° y 9° del Decreto número 302 de 2000 modificado por el Decreto número 229 de 2002, así como el numeral 2 del artículo 2° del Decreto número 4065 de 2008.
