CONTENIDO DEL ACTA. En el acta de conminación o de cauciones juratoria y prendaria se consignarán las obligaciones que el procesado debe cumplir, de conformidad con el artículo 641 de este código, dentro del término señalado por el juez y con la advertencia expresa de las consecuencias legales de su incumplimiento.
