La representación del Congreso Nacional en la Comisión Fiscal prevista en el artículo 2º del Decreto 2915 de 1982 quedará así: " Cuatro miembros del Congreso Nacional, nombrado así: dos Senadores por las Comisiones Primera y Tercera Constitucionales Permanentes del Senado de la República, y dos Representantes por las Comisiones Primeras y terceras Constitucionales Permanentes de la Cámara, de Representantes".
