Autorizase a los Bancos Agrícola Hipotecario y Central Hipotecario y a la Caja d Crédito Agrario Industrial para dar en préstamo a la Cooperativa Bananera del Magdalena Limitada, la cantidad de trescientos mil pesos ($ 300,000), divididos por iguales partes entre las entidades referidas, con el interés, plazo y garantías que se acuerden entre las partes contratantes.
