Vigencia. El presente decreto rige a partir de su publicación en el Diario Oficial y subroga el artículo 1.1.4.5. del Título 4 de la Parte 1 del Libro 1 del Decreto 1068 de 2015, Único Reglamentario del Sector Hacienda y Crédito Público y deroga el decreto 1790 de 2012, el decreto 370 de 2020 y todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
