En el registro mercantil se inscribirá la designación de representantes legales mediante copia de la parte pertinente del acta de la junta directiva o de la asamblea, en su caso, una vez {aprobada, y firmada} por el presidente y el secretario, o en su defecto, por el revisor fiscal.
