ARTICULO 136 . DIRECCION GENERAL DE AGUA POTABLE Y SANEAMIENTO BASICO AMBIENTAL. Suprímese la Dirección General de Agua Potable y Saneamiento Básico Ambiental perteneciente al Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transporte. Todos los activos de la Dirección General de Agua Potable y Saneamiento Básico Ambiental del Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transporte pasan a la Nación - Ministerio de Transporte. Los archivos, estudios y documentos adelantados por la Dirección General de Agua Potable y Saneamiento Básico Ambiental podrán ser cedidos a la entidad competente sobre la materia, de conformidad con la ley.
