Comisión de Personal. La Comisión de Personal estará integrada por

1.

El Secretario General, quien la presidirá.

2.

El Director de Recursos Humanos.

3.

El Director Legal.

4.

El jefe de la Oficina de Control Interno.

5.

Un representante de los empleados. La Secretaría técnica de la Comisión de Personal está en cabeza del Director Legal. Las funciones de la Comisión de Personal son las que le señalen las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia disciplinaria y de carrera aeronáutica. CAPITULO VIII Nivel Regional.
