Para dar cumplimiento a la presente Ley, destínase la suma de veinte mil pesos ($ 20.000.00) que se aplicara así: quince mil pesos ($ 15.000.00) para la adquisición de la obra "Comentarios al Código de Comercio" y cinco mil pesos ($ 5.000.00) para la erección del monumento en el Cementerio de esta ciudad, suma que será entregada a la señora viuda del ilustre desaparecido para el fin indicado.
