LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.3.2.5.3.8. Comunicación a la Superintendencia de Servicios Públicos. Las organizaciones de recicladores de oficio que se encuentren en proceso de formalización y por tanto, en alguna de las fases contempladas en el artículo 2.3.2.5.3.2 del presente Decreto, podrán acogerse a lo señalado en el artículo 2.3.2.5.3.1, para lo cual, deberán informar de esa decisión a la Superintendencia de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios SSPD, en los términos que señale el Ministerio de Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio.
