Apórtanse al capital del Instituto de Fomento Industrial los créditos a cargo de la Cooperativa Agrícola e Industrial de San Andrés Limitada, adquiridos por el Gobierno Nacional en virtud de las autorizaciones contenidas en el artículo 17 de la Ley 49 de 1959. Por conducto del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, el Gobierno traspasará al Instituto de Fomento Industrial, por su valor nominal de $10.00 moneda legal, cada una, en número que corresponda a los recaudos efectivos obtenidos por el Instituto por razón de tales créditos.
