El proceso disciplinario ético-profesional será instaurado: De oficio, cuando por conocimiento de cualesquiera de los miembros del Tribunal se consideren violadas las normas de la presente Ley. Por solicitud de una entidad pública o privada o de cualquier persona. En todo caso deberá presentarse, por lo menos una prueba sumaria del acto que se considere reñido con la ética odontológica.
