Cuando se trate de la importación de productos que poseen Registro Sanitario expedido por el Ministerio de Salud, su procedencia sea la consagrada en el mismo y el importador el autorizado por el titular del Registro Sanitario, no se requerirá del Registro Sanitario Especial.
