Además de las que les señalen la ley y las ordenanzas que las creen, las inspecciones departamentales de policía cumplirán las atribuciones a que se refieren los literales b) y c) del artículo anterior. Estas inspecciones dependerán funcionalmente del respectivo alcalde municipal.
