amends ley 510/99

El artículo 98 de la Ley 510 de 1999 , quedará así:

Artículo 98. La Superintendencia Bancaria podrá afiliarse a las siguientes organizaciones: Asociación de Supervisores Bancarios de las Américas, "ASBA"; Centro de Estudios Monetarios de Latinoamérica "CEMLA"; Asociación de Superintendentes de Seguros de América Latina, "ASSAL"; International Association of Insurance Supervisors, "IAIS"; Asociación Internacional de Organismos de Supervisión de Fondos de Pensiones, "AIOS", o a aquellas que hagan sus veces, para lo cual podrá pagar las cuotas de afiliación y de sostenimiento.
