Vigencia De La Renovación De Los Registros Sanitarios

Decreto 386 de 2018 · Por el cual se establece el trámite para la obtención del registro sanitario de antivenenos, se simplifica el procedimiento para su renovación o modificación, y se dictan medidas para garantizar su disponibilidad.

VIGENCIA DE LA RENOVACIÓN DE LOS REGISTROS SANITARIOS. El Invima expedirá la correspondiente renovación al registro sanitario, por un término de cinco (5) años, contados a partir de la firmeza del acto administrativo que lo concede.

Parágrafo

Si se hubiere vencido el registro sanitario sin que se presente la solicitud de renovación, se abandone la solicitud, se desista de ella o esta no se hubiere presentado en el término previsto, el correspondiente producto no podrá importarse al país ni fabricarse, según el caso.
