Para efectos de la Declaratoria de la Zona Franca Turística, la correspondiente Resolución deberá llevar la firma de los Ministros de Comercio Exterior y de Desarrollo Económico.

El Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico, formará parte del Comité de Zonas Francas Turísticas que se conforme con el fin de determinar la política de promoción, funcionamiento y control de las mismas.
