El que sedujere tropas o usurpare el mando de ellas, de un buque de guerra, de una plaza fuerte o de un puesto de guardia, o el que retuviere ilegalmente un mando político o militar con el propósito de cometer el delito de rebelión o sedición, quedará sujeto a la mitad de las sanciones fijadas para esos delitos.
