° Los choferes al servicio de la instrucción criminal tendrán derecho a viáticos cuando acompañen en comisión oficial a los funcionarios de instrucción Criminal. Dichos viáticos serán hasta de trescientos pesos ($ 300.00) diarios, si la comisión se cumple, en capital de Departamento, intendencia, Comisaría o sede de Tribunal Superior y hasta de doscientos pesos ($ 200.00) diarios si se trata de ciudad o población diferente.
