Definición . Los capítulos locales del Consejo Nacional de la Economía Solidaria estarán integrados por las organizaciones de la Economía Solidaria pertenecientes a un municipio o de diferentes municipios de un mismo departamento o de varios municipios de diferentes departamentos. Dichos organismos se denominarán capítulos locales del Consejo Nacional de la Economía Solidaria, Cones, seguido por el nombre del municipio o conjunto de municipios que lo integran.
