Consejo. El Consejo de la Medalla Militar Escuela de Soldados Profesionales “Teniente General Gustavo Rojas Pinilla”, estará conformado de la siguiente manera:

Presidente: El Comandante del Ejército Nacional o su delegado.

Vicepresidente: El Comandante o Director de la Escuela de Formación de Soldados Profesionales.

Vocal: El Ejecutivo y Segundo Comandante de la Escuela de Formación de Soldados Profesionales.

Secretario: El Jefe de Desarrollo Humano de la Escuela de Formación de Soldados Profesionales.
