º PODERES DISCIPLINARIOS DEL JUEZ. El Juez sancionará mediante resolución motivada contra la cual sólo procede el recurso de reposición, con arresto inconmutable hasta por treinta (30) días, al procesado que injustificadamente se negare a suscribir diligencia de conminación. El arresto a que se refiere el inciso anterior cesará en el momento en que el procesado suscriba la diligencia. El incumplimiento de las obligaciones señaladas en la diligencia de conminación dará lugar a la imposición de arresto hasta por treinta (3) días cada vez que dicho incumplimiento se produzca.
