º. Las empresas que tenían ubicadas sus instalaciones productivas en los municipios considerados dentro de la zona de desastre determinada por el Decreto 195 de 1999 y que fueron afectados por el terremoto del 25 de enero de 1999, podrán solicitar ante el Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos -Invima-, a partir de la vigencia del presente decreto y por el término de seis (6) meses, la expedición de registros sanitarios en la modalidad de importar y vender.
