Vigencia y derogatoria . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y modifica dentro del Libro 2, Parte 8, Título 1, los Capítulos 1, 4, 7 y 8, y modifica y adiciona los Capítulos 2 y 5. Adicionalmente modifica el Capítulo 2, Título 1, Parte 9 del Libro 2 y deroga el artículo 2.8.1.5.4 del capítulo 5 del título 1 de la parte 8 del libro 2 del Decreto 1068 de 2015, Único Reglamentario del Sector Hacienda y Crédito Público.
