Ley 63 de 1988 · Por la cual se fija la remuneración mínima mensual de los Magistrados de los Tribunales y otros funcionarios

La remuneración mínima mensual de los Magistrados de los Tribunales Superiores, Contencioso-Administrativo de Aduana y Fiscales no podrá ser inferior a la señalada en el artículo 1º. de la Ley 10 de 1987 para los Magistrados Auxiliares de la Corte Suprema de Justicia y del Consejo de Estado.

Parágrafo 1

Esta remuneración se aplicará cuando la suma de la asignación básica y las primas mensuales resultare inferior.

Parágrafo 2

No se entienden modificadas por esta ley la asignación básica mensual ni los incrementos por primas mensuales de cualquier índole que para tales cargos señalaren las disposiciones respectivas.
