Avalúo comercial . Para efectos de determinar el precio mínimo de venta de las aeronaves, motonaves y los vehículos de más de dos (2) ejes, la entidad deberá obtener un avalúo comercial, el cual será practicado por cualquier persona natural o jurídica de carácter privado, que se encuentre registrado en el Registro Nacional de Avaluadores, RNA. Cuando se trate de otro tipo de bien mueble, se tendrá como precio mínimo de venta el resultante del estudio de las condiciones de mercado que para el efecto realice la propia entidad, teniendo en cuenta el valor registrado en los libros contables de la misma.
