Las Sociedades de Intermediación Aduanera, una vez vencido el término previsto en el artículo 121 del presente decreto, deberán entregar las Declaraciones de Importación, Exportación y Tránsito Aduanero y los documentos soporte a los importadores o exportadores según corresponda. Igualmente, se deberá cumplir con la obligación indicada en el inciso anterior, en los eventos de no renovación de la autorización, sanción de cancelación, o desistimiento de la autorización como Sociedad de Intermediación Aduanera”.
