Art. 7.º Los equipajes de los Ministros diplomáticos de Colombia que regresen al país gozarán de las mismas exenciones de derechos que se otorguen á los Ministros diplomáticos que se acrediten ante el Gobierno de la República ; y el encargado del Poder Ejecutivo gozará de las mismas franquicias que se otorgan á dichos Ministros para los objetos destinados á usos oficiales.
