La cuantía del aporte gratuito; como auxilio nacional, para los fines previstos en esta Ley, y en cada vivienda, será determinada por el Comité de Adjudicaciones que asesorará al Instituto de Crédito Territorial y estará integrado así:

Gerente del Instituto de Crédito Territorial o su representante.

Alcalde de Manizales.

Gerente de las Empresas Públicas de Manizales.

Representante de la Junta Directiva del Instituto de Crédito Territorial.

Señor Arzobispo de Manizales o su representante.

Gerente de la Caja de Vivienda Popular de Manizales, y Promotor de Acción Comunal, designado por el Ministro de Gobierno.
