En la nueva sede de la Universidad "Externado de Colombia" y en los lugares que determine el Rector, se colocarán una placa de mármol que compendie el artículo primero de esta Ley y un busto en bronce del doctor Ricardo Hinestroza Daza, con una inscripción en el pedestal que resuma el texto del artículo segundo.
