Artículo cuarto. A partir de la fecha de expedición del presente Decreto, la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional, Bogotá, quedará encargada de organizar y mantener cursos nocturnos para personas que deseen culminar sus estudios y obtener el correspondiente diploma, en las diferentes de pendencias de dicha Universidad; y cursos permanentes o intensivos y de vacaciones para adiestrar el profesorado en servicio.
