Sector de comercialización de metales preciosos y piedras preciosas a. Que estén sujetas a la vigilancia o al control que ejerce la Superintendencia de Sociedades conforme lo previsto en los artículos 84 y 85 de la Ley 222 de 1995; b. Que se dediquen habitualmente a la comercialización de metales preciosos y piedras preciosas; y c. Que, a 31 de diciembre del año inmediatamente anterior, hubieren obtenido Ingresos Totales iguales o superiores a treinta mil (30.000) SMLMV.
