Para efectos de lo previsto en el artículo 36 de la Ley 27 de 1990, dentro de los dos meses siguientes a la fecha en que se haya producido alguno de los hechos a que se refieren los numerales 3 y 6 de dicho artículo, el representante legal de la sociedad convocará la asamblea general de accionistas. Lo anterior se entenderá sin perjuicio de la facultad que tiene el Superintendente de convocar la asamblea en los casos previstos por este Decreto y por el Código de Comercio.
