ARTICULO 56 . DIRECCION Y ADMINISTRACION DEL INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE VIAS.- La Dirección y Administración del Instituto Nacional de Vías está a cargo de la Junta Directiva, el Director General y los demás funcionarios que se determinen en su estructura orgánica. La representación legal está a cargo de su Director General, quien es agente del Presidente de la República, de su libre nombramiento y remoción.
