No podrá ser inscrito como ecólogo y si ya lo estuviere, deberá ser suspendido:

a)

Quien se halle en interdicción judicial;

b)

El responsable de delito que tenga señalada pena de presidio o de prisión, cometido con posterioridad a la vigencia de la presente ley, si por las modalidades y circunstancias del hecho, los motivos determinantes y la personalidad del Agente, el Colegio Nacional de la Profesión de Ecología, lo considera indigno de ejercer la profesión.
