Objeto. El presente Capítulo tiene por objeto reglamentar la clasificación de las micro, pequeñas, medianas y grandes empresas, teniendo en cuenta para ello el criterio de ventas brutas, asimilado al de ingresos por actividades ordinarias anuales, acorde con lo previsto en el artículo 2° de la Ley 590 de 2000, modificado por el 43 de la Ley 1450 de 2011.
