OPCIÓN DE HORAS PRÁCTICAS EN PROGRAMAS DE EDUCACIÓN PARA EL TRABAJO Y DESARROLLO HUMANO . Las instituciones de educación para el trabajo y el desarrollo humano podrán establecer, en el marco de su autonomía, dentro de las horas de formación prácticas, el desarrollo de proyectos de emprendimiento e innovación o la generación de empresa en el país, relacionados directamente con el programa de formación y competencias definidas en el plan de estudio. Para el efecto, deberán informar a las secretarías de educación de las entidades territoriales certificadas respectivas, para el ejercicio de las funciones de inspección y vigilancia a su cargo.
