Abrese al Presupuesto de gastos de 1921 los siguientes créditos adicionales:

Artículo 1°. Parta cubrir las dietas de los Senadores y los sueldos de los empleados de la Secretaría de dicha Cámara, en 25 días de sesiones extraordinarias, del 7 al 31 de diciembre de 1921, así:
