Prohíbese el expendio de bebidas embriagantes a menores de edad.

La persona mayor que facilite las bebidas embriagantes o su adquisición, será sancionada de conformidad con las normas establecidas para los expendedores en los Códigos Nacional o Departamental de Policía.
