Afiliados forzosos. Es afiliado forzoso de la Caja Promotora de Vivienda Militar el siguiente personal que carezca de vivienda propia

Los oficiales y suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares y el personal civil del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional y de las Fuerzas Militares.

El personal indicado en el numeral anterior, cuando se encuentre devengando asignación de retiro o pensión.

Los servidores públicos de la Caja Promotora de Vivienda Militar.
